Prepare your images

We accept Photoshop native files (PSD), TIFF, JPEGs & EPS (ENCAPSULATED POSTSCRIPT). When sending JPEGs, please use the high quality option to avoid extreme compression. Extreme file compression can lead to a dramatic loss in quality.

Digital Photo file resolution for digital inkjet printing needs to be ideally 75PPI to 150PPI (Pixels per Inch) at the size you wish to be printed. For example a 16″20″ file should be 16″20″ at 75PPI to 150PPI. For the digital output file that contain text, please do your artwork in Adobe Illustrator or any other vector base graphic software, the text must create outline to prevent missing font problem occur. Then save your artwork in EPS format for sharper output quality.

If you want to control the accurate color of the digital output, please send us the final color visual in any size & any paper for us to match the color as close as possible.

Scanning service are available in A4 size with any printed material, scanning charge are applicable per scanning. The image will blur & dot pattern will appear when you increase the size of the image.

For the artwork that require editing due to wrong sizes, poor quality of images, missing font & etc, you will charged based on how many hours to editing the artwork.
